GUESTII Online Form/ Submissions

This should include the ability for our customers to embed a form into their websites to capture guest information, form fields, and content should be customisable. Data and information captured from the above should be attributed to the pending guestii profile and appear in the submissions/pending guestii’s section within guestii tab.
